All of our designs can be modified for any breed or win. We love to try to tie in with a show‘s theme if there is one. If you do not see an item you are looking for listed, please let us know! If we are able to source the materials, we are happy to work on a new design for you.
We make every attempt to keep our prices current. Please note that the prices of wood and our other supplies can fluctuate based on a number of factors and all of our prices are subject to change. Prices quoted on an estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.

Anything that says ‘transparent acrylic‘ in the name will allow light to pass through. Darker colored patterns may allow less light. Patterns not labeled as ‘transparent‘ are opaque, regardless of the core material type chosen such as clear acrylic. These patterns would not be suitable for items such as lanterns or suncatchers, but can be used for other items such as ornaments.
Please be aware that there may be slight variations in wood color, grain pattern, etc. We do our best to ensure that grain patterns do not detract from the design whenever possible. We make every attempt to avoid knots and splits, however there are always instances where a knot or split reveals itself after the wood is carved. As long as it is not a structural flaw or severely detracts from the overall appearance of the piece, we reserve the right to still use the piece and fill the ‘defect’ accordingly.
Depending on the size of the order, turn around time is typically anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks (not including shipping time), especially if there are new designs or we have to order materials from one of our suppliers. Please reach out to us if your show is less than 2 months away. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible while not sacrificing on quality.
A $50 non-refundable design fee is due at the start of all design work. This fee will be applied to your total balance if you decide to place an order. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when the order is placed. For orders over $300, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due in place of the $100. Once work has begun, no design changes can be made. Final payment is due prior to delivery, pick up, or shipping. Shipping charges are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend items be shipped via a carrier/method that includes insurance.
